Our residence is a ranch style house situated on five acres in Sanford, FL. We have the capacity for 14 males to live comfortably in semi-private rooms, each conveniently located to one of the four newly renovated bathrooms. Other rooms in the house include a kitchen, dining area and living room.

The newly refurbished kitchen and dining area provides residents a place to prepare meals and eat together. The largest room in the house is the living room. The room, complete with a big screen TV and plenty of seating, gives residents a place to socialize with their peers in a home-like environment.

The outside grounds offer ample opportunities for recreational fun. Time can be spent shooting hoops at our basketball court or relaxing in the screened-in patio area. The patio includes a swimming pool, barbeque grill and TV. The rest of the backyard is ideal for horseshoe pitching, hiking and other field activities.

Two newly constructed buildings are also on the property; one serving a fully equipped, no-cost laundry area and the other as an external office space for staff meetings and additional group activities.

Residents take an active role in ensuring their home is clean and safe. They are also encouraged to take care of their own laundry.

The city of Sanford is located between Lake Monroe and the St. Johns River. Its close distance to both Orlando and Daytona Beach provide endless opportunities for trips to amusement parks and world-renowned beaches. With an average temperate of 72.4 degrees year-round, our central Florida location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
